At Pre-wired Boards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion selection. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
